Must be legally married or have a Greek cohabitation agreement (Symphono Simviosis) registered in Greece.

Children (Up to 21 years)

Unmarried children under the age of 21. Upon reaching 21, they can obtain an independent 3-year residence permit valid until age 24, after which they may qualify under other immigration categories. Minor children are entirely exempt from the standard government fees.

Investor's Parents

Eligible for inclusion with no age limits and no requirement to prove financial dependency on the main investor.

Spouse's Parents

Also eligible for inclusion with no age limits and no requirement to prove financial dependency.
